unprocessed tobacco in rolling paper, in a pipe or smoking a plain cigarette
i am not a smoker and please just answer the question….

Smoking a pipe with good pipe tobacco, is least likely to give you cancer. Pipe smokers don’t inhale like cigarette smokers do.

The one with the filter I would say.lung cancer isusually hereditary.
