Can acquiring HIV anally eliminate lung cancer?

I heard that if you have anal sex with another man, and he gives you HIV/AIDS, all cancer found in the lungs will evaporate. Now, I have gotten desperate with my cancer, so if this is not true. I have HIV and cancer. Help?

You have been lied to, HIV will not eliminate lung cancer. However, stupidity can be cured with lead poisoning if taken by the speed of sound.

Are you fucking kidding me? If you’re really that ignorant, then you really need to read and do more research. If you’re taking both HIV and cancer as a joke, you should be ashamed of yourself. These are real battles people struggle with every day and even eventually lose their lives to. Watch what you say and how you say it.
