this type of tech is in development, but it is not yet available. As of right now you a diagnosis can be made from a combination of : a biopsy, CT scan, MRI, Bronchoscopy , Sputum cytology, chest x-ray, and a couple other ways.

There is no blood test to diagnose cancer.
