My mother was recently diagnosed and for a time, they thought it could possibly be operable, but we found out that it was not. She is not on air or anything and only found out because she had an x-ray at the dermotologist. She hasn’t been told her stage yet, but as far as I know so far, it is still considered "early." How long did your love one live and what was their stage?

my grandad is 75 a week on monday and he got diagnosed yesterday. what are his chances of survival? and if there is no chance, how long do we have left with him?

My mom went on vacation to a foreign country were she became very ill. They found brain tumors and told us the family and kept it from her. She was in a really delicate state…hardly coherent. So she has no clue. Four months later she was able to return to Texas and needs to go to the doctor. We were told by MD Anderson that she will have to find out. They don’t hold anything back from the patient. Thats what i was afraid of. How do we break that to her? Please help!!!

IM 16 and don’t smoke but iv been around my whole family smoking lately iv developed back and chest pain while taking a deep breath also i have a pain right below my throat i keep feeling like i need to cough like i have mucus running down my throat…Im really freaked i have lung cancer

Im trying to quit smoking but i have a bad cough and am worried. I will go see a doctor next week.Thanks for any info
