my friend doesnt smoke but she has a horrible cough and we want to know how to resolve this or see if it truly is cancer(her docter charges 40 bucks a visit and we dont want to waste money if it is not cancerous) thanks if you answer! wish us loads of luck p.s she pees herself from coughing so hard.

I work in a very old nursing home and think I may be coming down with a very bad allergic problem. I have developed Asama with a bit of blood in my sputum. My DR. said I need to go to the city to see a throat DR. However, I don’t have the money nor the means to go 150 miles to the city. I want to know if this is just asama or something worse like black mold exposed?
I have worked as a bath aid in this nursing home for 6 months up to 12 hours per shift and I have seen many water leaks in the bath room ceiling and there is a black spot on the ceiling near the leak. Soon after I spotted this black spot…that was when I got sick.
